Week With Grandma & Grandpa Eastman

The first day they were here it was a beautiful Saturday, so Dave took them all to the lake (while me and Tayte stayed home for a baby shower). I love that we can go to the lake one day, then the very next day we headed up to play in the snow (previous post).

Mike and Dave catching some sweet air. I heard they were both even doing back flips but didn't get any pics of that.

Keeping warm with Grandpa

Grandpa drawing pictures for the girls.

And drawing more. He's so good and entertaining and occupying them.

It's always fun to have Grandma Eastman here. We love having her here and we love the cute things she always makes for the girls. This time she made some adorable little sun dresses for the summer.

All ready go to out to eat. Tayte LOVES to stand. She still isn't crawling and doesn't even try, but always wants to be on her feet. (Ty was the same way, she didn't crawl till 9 months then was up walking like a week later.)

We ate at a yummy Mexican Restaurant called Ninfa's that Amanda and Mike recommended. They had the BEST fish and pork tacos.

Madix was cold so Grandpa wrapped her up AND fed her.

Grandma and Tayters

Anyone who knows Lee Eastman (Grandpa) knows that he is a STORYTELLER. And not just any plain story teller but a VERY animated, dramatic story teller. So reading the girls their night time book was very entertaining.

They just laughed and laughed at how Grandpa was reading the book. Ty even threw her head back she was laughing so hard!

Oh dad, I can hear him reading and hear Ty laughing so cute. And don't you just love all the fun stuff mom makes! Those dresses are adorable.
