7 YEARS!!

Happy Anniversary to us!! Wow, we've been married 7 years today, and we've known each other for 11 years. And it's been the best 11 years of our lives. These are a couple of my favorite pictures, although I have a million to choose from.

This is our wedding announcement.

We had such a fun wedding and reception, even though Dave doesn't remember any of it.

This is the very first night we ever hung out. In Hawaii, we all shared a hotel room (yep, our first date we got a hotel room:) (it wasn't a date and there were 8 of us:)

Six Flags while we were dating. I love this picture and I love how grungy Dave looks. (my mom was a little nervous I was dating someone who wasn't exactly "clean cut") Little did she know what a goody goody boy he was.

Our honeymoon- we went to Sedona, San Diego, Cabo, New York, and Spain- so much fun!

Dave is the best husband ever and I just love being married to him. A few things I really love and admire about Dave.

He's extremely tall, dark, and handsome! I love his big jaw bones and the dimple in his chin.

He loves ME more than anything in the world. He is always doing his very best to make me happy.

He's so much fun and very adventurous. We have travelled and done so many things in the 11 years we have known eachother.

He is extremely hard working and determined. He pushed through law school and taking the bar twice and works really long days, all so he can provide for his family.

He cleans all the bathrooms every week. (I haven't cleaned a bathroom since we've been married)

The 7 years we've been married he's probably given me a back massage 90% of those nights. I love it, they're mostly really good massages too. I would much rather have a Dave massage than a proffesional massage.

He is very much respected and looked up to by his family, friends and colleagues. People are always going to Dave for his opinion and advice.

I could go on and on but I don't want to brag too much:)
Thanks Dave for being the best husband ever!

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our anniversary. Friday night I took him out, we went to Black Angus and then to the Suns game, which was the worst Suns game ever, they played like crap!

Then Sat. Dave took me to The Point, a REALLY nice resort in Phoenix. We layed out by the pool, went for a hike. Then that night we ate at the fine dining restaraunt there, A Different Point of View. It was super fancy and fun but for the price we wouldn't go there again or recommend it.

TAGGED

I was tagged by Lindsey but the twist is to add the first picture that comes up when you google search you answer. So here it is.

What is your favorite food? Green Corn Tamale with Baja Sauce (my mouth waters just thinking about it). And of course Macayo's is the place to get it.

What is your age? 31, yea ice cream came up

What is your middle name? Lynn, this is a picture of Lynn University and a service trip they went on.

What is your college major? Recreation, picture is of Yellowstone Park

What is your favorite vacation? Preferably a tropical island, but I'll settle for any beach. (this picture got messed up and I don't want to redo it so just picture the beach)

What is a bad habbit of yours? Complaining, really only to Dave, but I complain a lot to him and it is a bad habbit I need to stop. Good thing he's so positive and most the time will just say, yes or okay :)

I have to add chocolate as a bad habbit, I am a chocolate-holic! Seriously I have to have chocolate everyday! I am really trying to break this one, sometimes I'll go 2 days.

What is your pets name? Meeka, the picture is Meeka's Trading Co., looks like a fun store or site.

What place would you like to visit? I would love to go to Italy, this is the Italy Lakes.

Where would you like to live? No where else than good ol Phoenix, I have to be close to my mom and family.

There it is, I tag Deirdre, Kami, Donna and Rochelle

ZOO TIME

We went to the zoo on Sat. and it was such a beautiful day for the zoo. All morning it was overcast and about 77 degrees -- perfect! Tyler loved it and was sooo excited to go. All day Friday we kept telling her we were going to the zoo tom. to see "elephants", Tyler- "and baby elephants" and giraffes, Tyler- "and baby giraffes". She really wanted to see baby animals but we only saw a baby monkey.

She really wanted to start the day with her sunglasses on, even though it was overcast.

The orangutan's were definently our favorite. They were very entertaining and there was such a cute baby one who kept playing in a box, but I missed the picture.

This tiger was so cool, we saw it jump up in the tree and climb to the very top (it's in the tree)

The baboons were fun to watch too and we got to watch them during their feeding time rip open their paper bags.

Madix loves to stand, she can actually stand on her own now for about 5 seconds.

Tyler belongs in the zoo, she insisted on wearing this outfit all morning, with her swimsuit over her cloths and her shorts over her head just right so she could see out the leg hole.

First Day in the Pool this Year

Nothing that exciting has been going on, but I'm sick of Stupid Snoop being at the top of my blog.

It was such a beautiful day we decided to take the kids to my moms house for a swim.

With cousin Braxton.

Just eating popsicles in the pool.

Tyler would dump a cup of water on her head, then freak out, then laugh and do it again.

She wanted to take a nap on the grass.

Utah Trip

We just got back from spending a week in Salt Lake. My parents own a condo at the Gateway, a huge shopping center in Salt Lake, and we had so much fun.

Yea, it snowed!! The first time Tyler has ever seen snow and she was soooo excited!! She kept going outside and wanting to eat it but then would realize how cold it was. Madix loved to look out the window at it too!

We got to see a lot of Dave's family and friends when we were there. This is Dave's sister Michelle and her kids Maile and Jaxon. They have the Discovery Museum at the Gateway that is awesome for kids of all ages, so much fun stuff to do.

So, we went snowboarding Friday and it was all right and we had fun. My mom and dad took the kids home with them Sat. morning so we could enjoy a nice relaxing weekend with no kids. And it was soooooo relaxing and nice to spend time together with no kids! My mom rocks!! So anyways we were scheduled to fly home early Mon. morning but Sunday night it dumped snow, so we HAD to stay and snowboard Monday and it was the best snow ever!! That's powder up to my knees!

Just check out all the snow on my board. And this is when I almost hit a tree, but the bad part about powder is getting out of it when you fall.
