HALLOWEEN 2011

So way back from last halloween Tyler has been saying she wants to be a mummy this year. Don't know where that girl gets her ideas but she was set on it. And as you have probably noticed I am a little obsessive about matching my girls, which meant they all had to match a mummy some how. Madix did NOT want to be a mummy, she only wanted to be some sort of princess. So finally we agreed on a "mummy princess" and she was happy with it. And then we have Tayte our "mummy baby". They loved putting all the makeup on and had so much fun.
TRUNK OR TREAT

Tayte's first real experience with this whole "hold out your bucket and strangers will put candy in it" thing. She was so mesmerized by it. She wouldn't get too close to them, so they usually had to come to her and put candy in her bucket. Then she would just stand there and stare in her bucket like "what's going on?" Then I would have to move her along to the next person and she would do the same thing and just stand there and stare in her bucket:) So cute. I LOVE this age of "figuring out" everything.

She did NOT want to walk past this witch.
Madix is ready to sit in the car and look at all her candy.

PUMPKIN CARVING!!
It's so funny if you watch all their facial expressions. Ty was all about it and totally excited, Tayte didn't know what to think, and Madix wanted NOTHING to do with touching the inside of that pumkin:)

Then they each drew a face on it, but Madix did NOT want her face cut out, so Dave just cut out Ty's face.

HALLOWEEN NIGHT!
We had a few friends over for pizza then went trick or treating around our neighborhood.

Tayte carried around the same piece of pizza all night, would not let me take it away. Every now and then she would take a bite:) She LOVED trick or treating!

Tayte was so excited about her suckers

It was a GREAT Halloween. Until next year......

so fun Kimber! I love all the little mummies! I am so impressed Tayte let you paint her face. Ashton wanted nothing to do with it last year and got it all over the place and wiped his hands all over his face. The last photo is my favorite, i love the coloring!
