New Activities

Tayte- (a.k.a Tayters and Boo) has turned 4 months and is growing like a weed. She is so fun and we just love, love, love her. She's not doing too much new, still not rolling, which I am in NO hurry! I know she'll be crawling and all over the place before I know it so let her just lay and be a baby as long as she wants! Especially since this is my last one I want her to stay a baby as long as possible!

She is still as smiley as ever!

Getting loves from dad

I love a sleeping baby!!

Then I took a picture of her and did this...

But still there is NOTHING as peaceful as a sleeping baby.

She doesn't roll, but we do belly time that lasts about 5 minutes a day

She likes it for the first say 2 minutes:)

She loves to sit in her chair, play and watch movies

She also has just started to hold her bottle, she loves to hold it when she's eating. AND her first toe painting!!

Yes, I do one I have to do ALL

Ty started soccer again. Mads trying to be like her big sister

First game, she's #7

She's doing A LOT better this go around, and is trying a lot harder. GO TY!!

Her with her friend Kiera

Eating oranges at half time. Mmmmm, nothing like a juicey orange on a hot day.

She just wanted water pored on her at the end of the game.

And my Maddie Kai.... she just started dance this week. Unlike Ty she was SO excited to put on her leotard, and tutu and ballet slippers and did not want to take them off when we got home.

I've been friends with Tami for about 20 years now and we always dreamt of the day we would put our little girls in dance together and today was the day. We were so happy and they are SOOO cute together and are totally best friends!

Mads did better than I thought, she is always very needy and just wants the teacher to hold her but she stayed out there (besides yelling she wanted a peace of gum in the middle of class) but she tried everything the teacher told her. (unlike the girl standing next to her:) I'm so proud of you Mads!

Mads and Hanna sitting so good in class

2nd week in Cali

Second week in Cali was heaps of fun. It was fun to have Kacey and her fam there and we were especially excited to have Dave join us.
The beach with Braxton

Me and Tayters (as you can see my camera is having issues, we actually went out and bought a really nice camera towards the end of the week)

Just sitting on the beach playing with her toy

Look at that cute back view:)

Dave got there Mon. night and Tues. we went to Disneyland, yay!!!

The kids just waiting for a ride. It was a good time to go, not very long lines at all.

Just eating the best corndogs ever!

This was awesome, we were all standing aroud watch Buzz Lightyear when Cinderella came walk out and out of the big group of kids standing there she went right to Ty and Mads, grabbed their hands and in her soft little voice said, "can you come with me". She asked me if she could take them and I said sure and we just started following them. It was so cute, she just starting skipping through disneyland with them.

She took them to Cinderella's castle to the bridge to make a wish. It was the highlight of the day, especially for Mads who LOVES princesses.

This is the fast teacup car. Kyle knows how to really spin the thing and Ty and Brax loved it. The wussy's, Dave, Kacey and Mads went on the slow one.

End of the day with their suckers waiting for the parade. Every year it's their favorite thing to get, they lick it about 10 times then are done with it. If you noticed I did get them a much smaller one this year.

Tigger grabbed Braxton and Madix to dance with him in the parade.

And Ty did the konga line with pooh

It was a GREAT day at Disneyland!!!

And thanks so much to Gigi and Grandpa who stayed back in the room with the babies.

Every morning we would go out and play tennis with my parents, it was so fun. At the end Ty always got to play for 5 minutes.

She started getting pretty good at hitting the ball. Maybe tennis will be her thing.

Tayte always took her morning nap by the tennis courts in her swing and the 2 big girls did a great job entertaining themselves. Ty's beautiful picture of our house and all our family around it. I love how they don't draw bodies when they first start drawing people, it's always the legs coming right out of the heads:)

Back to the beach with Dad this time and my new camera! yay for nice pictures!

Building sand castle with dad

It was overcast but not to cold and still a great day at the beach.

They loved running into the waves to get the ball.

Getting ready to go boogie boarding with dad

Here they go

Go Ty!

Riding the wave together

Mads turned. I was surprised, she didn't want to go but she did it and didn't even cry.

Thumbs up Mads!

Dave had to take a couple goes by himself. (Look how good this zoom is, I was sitting way back on the beach on my chair! I love my new camera.)

Here's a little preview of our family pics. More to come!

Then we walked to the end of the peir to Ruby's

Yummy shakes at Ruby's

It was a wonderful trip, we didn't want to come home. Ty said she just wants to live in California. Don't we all sometimes:)
