April 16th- first day in the pool this year

Kids are crazy. It said the water was about 75 degrees, which is probably about the same as the ocean in the summer, but still.... brrrrrr! They've been wanting to play in the pool forever so finally Friday we said okay. Ty had a friend over and they got in.

Ty and her friend Morgan. We went to a heated pool in Cali a month ago and Ty was all over swimming. She was a little more hesitant to swim with the water so cold, don't blame her.

Okay, so a little further in.

Okay, she's gonna jump! She actually freaked out a bit when her whole head went under and she really got wet.

Madix didn't even want to put her bathing suit on cause she didn't want to go in.

Then after about 10 minutes and watching the other kids, she wanted her suit on and had a blast playing on the steps.

Me at 34 weeks. Only 5-6 more weeks to go! And I know it's gonna fly by and I'm gonna have another baby before I know it. I'm still feeling really good- during the day that is! Still trying to hit the gym every couple days, I think that's helped. My nights though are starting to suck! I seriously pee AT LEASTE 5 times a night (why can't I pee all day long, but no I hardly pee at all during the day, it all just wants to come out at night). And I can't stay in one position for longer than a half an hour, but then it takes a lot of effort to move my big belly from one side to the other. I have a dr.'s apt tom. and am gonna get some sleeping pills! Can't wait.

I went through all my old baby cloths the other day and it made me really excited. I'm getting really anxious to meet baby Tayt. Dave on the other hand, after putting the 2 girls to bed the other night, said, "man, I can't imagine having to put 3 to bed!" And Madix still thinks the baby room is HER room and still takes naps in the crib, so we'll see how she handles it.

New Bike!

As you can see Ty REALLY needed a new bike. The poor girl would try and ride this bike around the neighborhood and get so tired cause it was so much work riding this tiny bike.

So yesterday we went and got her this sweet beach cruiser and she LOVES it and can ride so much better.

This is our first family bike ride where Ty rode her own bike instead of sitting behind me getting pulled. It was much easier for me as well:)

She did so good and we actually went on a really long ride. Plus in just a few weeks we're gonna need that extra seet behind me for Tayt:)

They kind of got jipped at getting all dressed up for Easter this year since it was GC, so this is as good as they got.

Ty just before her game yesterday

I just can't believe how big my little girl is getting:(

Easter 2010

Painting easter eggs on Saturday

Easter morning! We slept at my parents house so we could be there to watch conference. The girls leave their easter baskets by their bed when they go to sleep, then the Easter Bunny fills them and hides them in the middle of the night. So they woke up and were so excited to go find their baskets. Meeka (dog) was so excited too and Ty kept asking Meeka to show them where the Easter Bunny hid their baskets. Then when they found them Ty kept saying "How does the Easter Bunny know you like Dora, Madix? How does the Easter Bunny know I like Blue?" and so on:)

So excited to go find all the eggs!

The sprinklers had gone off so the grass was all wet and there were eggs laying all over the grass. Madix, (even with shoes on) would NOT go in the grass to get them, so finally Dave had to carry her out.

Grandpa was a great Easter Bunny and hid all the eggs.

The girls snuggling up with dad to watch conference. They did really good sitting there for the first hour, then had it and just played.

Another easter egg hunt in the afternoon.

This time with their cousins. They were so good to help Ty and Mads get all their eggs. Brandon, Mads, Anten, Thalia and Ty.

Opening up their eggs. We had a wonderful Easter Sunday and really enjoyed conference. I especially enjoyed a lot of the talks Sunday afternoon session, what great council.
